We need help throughout the entire weekend and are excited that you are interested!
We’ll need help with the following:
- Setup – Friday afternoon from 1pm to 5pm
- Friday Evening – attendee check in, pitch coordination, food and logistics.
- Saturday morning breakfast setup
- Saturday at lunch setup
- Saturday dinner setup
- Saturday “Pizza and Beer” event
- Sunday morning breakfast setup
- Sunday lunch setup
- Sunday evening presentations logistics
- Awards ceremony logistics
- Friday night web broadcast logistics
- Sunday night web broadcast logistics
We’ll also need help with logistics throughout the program.
